Our methodology is based on a reliable approach to the recruitment process which includes comprehensive steps in order to successfully deploy them on a consistent basis. An overview of these steps includes the following:



Capture detailed description for each position to be staffed


Define comprehensive list of skills to meet requirements for each open position


Establish evaluation criteria to ensure each candidate meets proficiency requirements




Meticulously evaluate and screen to ensure each candidate meets the defined requirements for the corresponding position


Provide supplementary information, in addition to the resume, to provide each client a clear and concise understanding of the candidates qualifications




Provide documented references – follow through on additional references as required


Facilitate open dialogue each step through the hiring process to ensure the final candidate selection meets client and candidate requirements


Promote open dialogue through the offer & acceptance process


Ensure the client and candidate reach a mutually beneficial arrangement




Maintain open communication with the candidate during transition process


Communicate any post-acceptance issues to the client issues through initial start date


Follow up with each client and candidate to ensure satisfaction
